MCB CAMP PENDLETON - TRAFFIC VIOLATION REPORT

This Web Site is designed to assist you in recording information about a traffic violation on Camp Pendleton.

INSTRUCTIONS:

TVR's are only for reporting Moving Violations within Camp Pendleton's jurisdiction.

Complete as much information as possible. Required fields are indicated with an asterisk. There will be a section provided to explain in detail about the incident. Provost Marshal Office (PMO) representatives will research and fill in the missing information. All complaints are taken seriously and fully investigated by PMO.
The completed TVR will be emailed to the Police Records Section (Bldg. 1523). A confirmation email will be sent to you if you have provided us with a valid email address.
