Identification Cards & Base Passes
Mainside:
Pass & ID - JRC (Bldg 130132) will be open from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (M-F)
Main Gate:
Pass & ID - Main Gate (Bldg 20255T) will be open from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 3: p.m. Fridays. Due to construction, this office was moved to a trailer located behind the sprung structure (used for vehicle inspection).
San Onofre:
Pass & ID - North (Seaside Plaza, Bldg 51093) will be open from 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 3: p.m. Fridays
All three Pass & ID Offices will provide identification card and base vehicle registration services.

Base Access Questions
Military installations around the world have been the target of attacks, and as a result of these attacks, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton has been directed to implement policies that focus on the access control procedures for visitors. Camp Pendleton has, and is improving steps to address unauthorized access to the base and the protection of forces, residents and civilian employees. These policies are intended to help Marines accomplish the mission and keep families aboard Camp Pendleton safe.
