The California Regional Water Quality Control Board will hold a public meeting April 14 at 9 a.m. in the San Diego. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss waste discharge requirements for Camp Pendleton's Las Pulgas Landfill.

Due to construction at the Main Gate, the traffic pattern while entering and departing the base will be altered weekdays from 5:30-8 a.m. beginning March1 and is expected to continue through July. Commuters can expect traffic delays during this period.
